Leased Parking Options (Business Only)

The Town of Chapel Hill offers monthly leased parking options in several lots and decks.

Monthly Leased Parking ($145-$195/mo.)

Monthly Leased Parking Permits are available at the Wallace Deck.  Daytime use (valid during paid hours 8a-8p) are $145 permits.  A limited number of 24-hour rentals (allowing overnight parking) are offered when available for $195.  Due to limited capacity, permits are currently limited to downtown businesses and employees. To apply for a permit, please complete a Rental Agreement and submit via email to parking@townofchapelhill.org.

Downtown Employee Parking Permits ($20/mo.)

Available to eligible downtown employers for use by employees, valid Mon.-Sat. starting at 3:30pm in designated areas. To apply via email, contact parking@townofchapelhill.org. Please include a completed and signed Rental Agreement.
