On special event and Football Game days The Town of Chapel Hill applies a special event parking rate of $3/hr. at our Pay Stations and ParkMobile on-street and six parking lots below.  A $20 flat rate also applies in the following lots and decks closer to event start time:

• Rosemary/Columbia Lot @  101 E Rosemary St – Google Maps
• Wallace Parking Deck @  137 E Rosemary St – Google Maps
• North Columbia Lot @  205 NC-86 – Google Maps
• W Rosemary Lot @ 104 W Rosemary St – Google Maps
• Mallette Street Lot @ 104 Mallette St – Google Maps
